Small Batch Raspberry Jam—Only 2 Ingredients!

Small Batch Raspberry Jam—Only 2 Ingredients!

Last Updated: June 23, 2020 By Cheeky Team Member

Making your own Raspberry Jam is easier than you think. All you need are raspberries, sugar, a pot, and a potato masher. Boil the raspberries in the pan while mashing out their juices. Add the sugar and boil again. Pour the sauce into some kind of jelly glass and put it in the refrigerator. You can leave it there for up to one month if you like. It’s not a bad idea to do this in preparation for later.

Key Takeaways:

  • Making jam really isn’t all that hard. All you need is sugar and raspberries.
  • All there is to this recipe is bring raspberries to boil in a pan while mashing them with a potato masher. Add the sugar and return them to a boil.
  • Pour the pan mixture into some jelly jars and refrigerate. It’s that simple. Delicious jam with very little effort.

“Place berries into a medium saucepan and bring them to a boil over high heat, mashing them with a potato masher to release the juices.”
